They walked into the room
With satisfaction in their eyes
With laughter in their face
Yet an idea helps deep inside
As they look at each other
They wondered what each will do
But tomorrow they cannot see
They look back through the memories
They look through the years
They see a lot of laughter
And recall a silent tear
Its so very hard to say good-bye
Its hard for them to let go
For each has a separate dream
They are not only friends
But yet one great big family
Trying so hard together
To be the best that they can be
As they leave and go on
They watched the time go by
And yet through it all
They shall never say good-bye
