เฝ้ารัญจวนครวญใคร่ฝันใฝ่รัก
เฝ้าฟูมฟักเพียงเธอพร่ำเพ้อหา
คุณว่าเราเปล่าเปลี่ยวเหี่ยวอุรา
ฉันกลับว่าคู่ขวัญทุกวันวาร                                
 
มิตรภาพผูกพันเราชั้นยอด
ฤๅดับมอดร้อนเร่าแรงเผาผลาญ
มิมีใครแทรกแซงแย่งดวงมาน
ไม่สะท้านไหวหวั่นใจมั่นคง
 
แม้วจีว่าจริงเอ่ยอิงอ้าง
อาจคั่งค้างในจิตพิศวง
การกระทำยิ่งใหญ่ดั่งใจจง
พึงพะวงจักรู้คู่หวานใจ                                                
 
อย่ารันทดหมดหวังแม้พลั้งพลาด
ก็เพียงอาจควรแก่การแก้ไข
เราจะร่วมทุกข์สุขบุกบั่นไป
ชีวิตใหม่ย่อมอยู่เคียงคู่กัน
 
ความเปล่าเปลี่ยวเดียวดายมลายสิ้น
ถึงอยู่ถิ่นฐานไกลเฝ้าใฝ่ฝัน
พันธะใดในหล้าหาเทียมทัน
ชิดสัมพันธ์หัทยาภาษาใจ
 
Heart to Heart
You say we’re really all alone
Yet how can that be true
When all my tender, loving thoughts
Spend every day with you?                            
 
Our special flame of friendship
Burned brightly from the start,
And no one else could stake a claim
So firmly in my heart.
 
And though my words may sometimes say
My trust is incomplete,
Take heed of action’s louder voice.
And note it well my sweet.                             
 
So don’t despair if either one
May lose perfection’s way,
We’ll take our share of ups and downs
And we’ll survive the same.
 
And we will never be alone
Though miles may set apart,
What other bond could ever be
As close as heart to heart?
